This celebrity chef/culinary artist’s bright page is full of bold and exquisite food designs. Plus this beautiful mom keeps things fun by dancing & wine’in it up in the kitchen.

19. Katishia Cosley: @katcosley

26. Andrea Wells: @wellsmadeco

I’m so grateful for this woman! Andrea was my birth doula, and there for my family during both of our childrens’ births. The Louisville, Kentucky based mother and grandmother has a wealth of health resources under her belt; from being a birth and lactation specialist and yoga teacher, to creating a natural baby food line. Her successful new business venture is Wells Made Co. The natural, homemade nut and seed butter spreads are low in sugar and high in protein. She told me that they were inspired by a snack that she created for my daughter, who has allergies. Available at farmer’s markets, in grocery stores, and online!

27. Niashani Washington: @iamniashani

The mom, health coach, massage therapist and artist reminds me that we have the power to heal ourselves, with a little help. Her goal is to help women “lighten their burdens,” and challenges through healthy living and self-care. Her desire to help women do that was born out of her own personal challenges which includes beating cancer and divorce. Her IG page includes uplifting messages about healing, along with helpful online workshops and retreats that she hosts on topics like meditation.

28. Sharon Taylor: @simplysharontaylor

I follow this 47year-old multitasking mom of four for her chutzpah! She runs, lifts weights and shares fitness tips, while also making it known she won’t give up the things she loves. This includes drinking fine wine and coffee! Love it!

29. Talesha Savage: @motheringtea

I love this Atlanta mama’s story! Talesha turned to tea after she lost a sense of herself. “I was so focused on providing for my kids and family that there was no time for me.” She created a wellness focused tea company, that helps “moms reconnect with themselves by prioritizing self love practices steeped in premium loose leaf teas.” The Georgia based tea company not only offers tasty organic tea blends, they are paired with virtual mom-focused tea times.
